The Wedding Day Coordinator

This package is for the couple that has all their wedding arrangements completed and wants to enjoy their special day without worrying about those “last minute” details that need to be done. Bisdal Events will be on hand to make sure your day runs smoothly so you can have the memorable wedding day you have been dreaming about.

Included in this package:

Ceremony Coordination:

  • Attend the wedding rehearsal to ensure that all participants understand their responsibilities and are aware of the flow of the ceremony.
  • Oversee the details of the ceremony including vendor set-up, placement of guest book, programs and ceremonial items.
  • Instruct ushers on proper seating and program distribution.
  • Ensure all bouquets and boutonnieres are distributed.
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to musicians, officiate, etc.
  • Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise.

Reception Coordination

Supervise all vendor set-ups and act as your spokesperson to make sure all of your wishes are achieved. This includes ensuring that tables and stage areas are set up according to your floor plan.

  • Ensure that tables for guest book, gift, place card, and cake tables are placed and decorated as planned.
  • Set up all personal items, such as escort cards, programs, menus, favors, etc.
  • Work with musicians to coordinate timeline for first dance, cake cutting, etc.
  • Manage final payments and gratuities to vendors.
  • Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise.

The Personal Assistant

This package is for the couple who has already completed a majority of their own planning. They have booked all the vendors and need some help in the last month to ensure that the last details are attended to.

In addition to the services provided in The Wedding Day Coordinator this package includes:

Consultation:

  • An initial consultation one to two months before the day of the wedding to review contracts and develop a timeline of events.
  • A second consultation two weeks before the wedding to finalize details and have a venue walk through to determine the wedding and reception look and flow.

Planning:

  • Review and organize contracts.
  • Manage vendors to ensure that all items and services you have contracted for are provided.
  • Contact all vendors to confirm delivery dates and time, quantities, location and services contracted for.
  • Provide time-lines for the wedding party and vendors.
  • Be in attendance at the wedding rehearsal and throughout the wedding day to confirm vendors, assist with layout and décor and coordinate all events. Unlimited phone and email contact.

The Executive Assistant

For couples that want an exceptional wedding but have limited time to plan and coordinate all the details. Bisdal Events will work with and for you to design the wedding of your dreams.

In addition to the services provided in The Wedding Day Coordinator and The Personal Assistant, this package includes:

Consultation:

  • An initial one-to-two hour consultation to discuss your vision and goals for your wedding.
  • Assist you in determining the style for the wedding of your dreams.
  • Brainstorm creative ideas with you.
  • Develop a budget for all aspects of your wedding.
  • Provide regular updates and discussions as the planning moves forward.

Planning:

  • Make sure that all vendor selections are within your budget.
  • Help find lower cost alternatives if necessary.
  • Develop and manage a wedding planning timeline, reminding you of all appointments and decisions that are needed.
  • Ensure ceremony and reception sites are cleaned up and rental items are returned.

Vendor Selection:

  • Locate, verify availability, and accompany you on appointments for potential ceremony and reception sites.
  • Locate, verify availability, and set appointments for you to meet with caterers, florists, bakers, equipment and linen rental companies, officiates, photographers, videographers, musicians and DJ’s. (At your request, accompany you to these vendor appointments.)
  • Advise and assist you in choosing wedding favors.
  • Contract with limousine/transportation vendors and valet services, if needed.
  • Provide resources for bride’s gown, groom and attendant’s attire.
  • Discuss and advise on vendor contracts.
  • Arrange for hotel accommodations for out of town guests, if necessary.

Other amenities:

  • Proof wording of your invitations and programs.
  • Plan your seating arrangements for the reception.
  • Make a list of photographs you would like taken at the ceremony and reception sites.
  • Reminder to obtain marriage license.
  • Reminder to set appointments for hair styling, make-up, manicures, pedicures, etc.
